Hello Jesdica. First, I am sorry for your loss. Second, you can start with your local Real Estate agent. They know exactly what you would need to to get your place ready for sale. They would also have a list of clients who are looking to buy property in your area. Good luck!

Since it is debt free, why not rent it out and use the income ? A good cash flow for you.
So very sorry for your loss. The first rule, they say, is to declutter and remove an excess furniture to give the area a larger, roomier look.
I just found your blog. I love your house. Should be easy to sell. But you will miss it dearly. Sorry about your husband. :(
Dude, this is a good example that I had when I got divorced with my wife. Once we had a big amount of money ( we have planned to take a loan for a car and this money was written on our family) my wife secretly stoled that money and went with a lover to another country and I was really shocked because of this. A couple of days later some guys from " Private Debt Collection Agency" has come to me and we discussed how can we solve the problem together (they was pretty good guys btw)and I decided to take another loan to cover the current. I wish no one face this problem in personal life.
Rationality - "loan?" Don't know where you saw that. Otherwise all good.
