My one daughter did edible arrangements. They were a big hit.
One of my daughters wanted simple and floral, so I arranged silk flowers in galvanized containers. The other wanted theme baskets, so each of her bridesmaids, the mother of the groom and myself made baskets like "coffee", "kitchen", "snacks", etc. They were all really well received.
