i seen lots of customized candies on Pinterest that can be ordered. I like the idea of a candy bar with lots of different candy that is themed.
I would try to find hard candy or taffy, etc. in the graduate's school colors. The M&Ms are a good idea. You can personalize them now!
Yes, less expense to go to a dollar store and get some glass dishes or jars and find school colors of candy and fill You can even hang some mylar balloons on jars to decorate
We filled bowls with bulk candies that we bought and inexpensive metal scoops. Everyone had fun containers (like Chinese takeout) to fill and take home.
If you have some time, what I did was take mini peanut butter cups, cut a square from cardboard that is the school color and glue it to the bottom of the pb cup, creating a cap they wear for graduation, or you could use a Ghiaradelli chocolate square instead of the cardboard. For the tassle I used a thin piece of licorice -if you want it all candy you could use string or yarn.
There are tube shaped cookies that come in a tin of various flavors..chocolate, hazelnut...tie a school colored ribbon, to the midsection of each 1 using school colors, they look like diplomas arranged on a nice plate.
