If you sand lightly with the grain, clean, stain with a darker color and then apply 2-3 coats of varathane, they will look like new doors.
Thank you
Try going to the General Finishes website: Gel stain would be what I would put on them. They have a wide variety to chose from.
thank you
Sorry but that does not look like teak. From the picture it looks like birch. Is it a hollow door?
Hi yes they are hollow doors and all the facings around the house are same colour.
Paint could be an option. Clean well first then use liquid sander.
I really don't want to paint them, but thank you.
I believe it is a mahogany hollow core door. They are really common around here in homes built before the 90's.

PS I live in Scotland 🏴
Over time, I replaced all of my Luan doors with six-panel doors and scroll handles. What a difference. Makes the house look classier.
It’s called Rustins, but still needed six coats
You could use gel stain. It sits on top of the finish and doesn't penetrate. It may take 2-3 coats.
P.S. I LOVE Scotland!
Hi Thank you, my husband did the facing round them and it took 8 coats. I think it's looking like new doors.
P.S glad you love Scotland
