It looks like a Swedish ivy but I am undecided because I can't see the leaves so well. I think I would re pot it in a larger pot. The leaves are getting yellow--maybe root bound. If it is a Swedish ivy indirect light is best--no hot sunny windows. And if it is--a hanging pot.
