It can vary from artifical turf made specifically for dogs to artifical grass from the home depot. Sort of depends on how much you are willing to spend.
how big? If it’s to be the pottie, I’d want to be able to lift it up and rinse it. Also replace occasionally if it holds odors.

I know someone that installed the K9 grass. They have big dogs. So far so good. Installation is important, not cheap though.
Get a good quality one made just for pets... otherwise there will be odor issues... I had one friend who had to treat hers with bleach once a week for the smell.... and the kids could not play on it.
At that large size, I assume this is over gravel or bare dirt. It should work fine, but remember to hose it frequently. You‘d rather not offend your friends and neighbors with a stinky back yard. You have to pay attention
