clean the floors and then seal them - you can buy sealers at most home improvement stores - easy to apply and dries quickly
So seal them now. Actually, if it's ceramic tile you just seal the grout. You don't need your husband to do it.
I really need to clean that grout to make it look like new again, but what is the best sealer to use?
