Dig your holes where you want them and put concrete filler then let dry and attach fencing..you can also use metal posts,
You can also buy Post fixings for ground made by Metpost which has a spike you hammer in with a tool specially for the job, so no need for concrete. If you wanted to fix it to a concrete Patio or wooden Deck , they also make ones with flat plates and screw/bolt holes..........
