Spray or wipe with warm water (with or without) fabric softener, let sit for a few minutes, then scrap off.

Here goes! Start with a paint tray, fill the deep side with warm water. Take a paint roller with a long handle ( you can use a broom handle to attached it to the roller. Next, roll the roller in the warm water, then roll it on the paper, make it wet, roll the roller up and down, do it again. Now use a large putty/spacial knife, and scrap the paper from the bottom up. After that's done you'll need a large sponge to clean the glue off the walls. Use a bucket with warm water. Dry completely before you paint

Use a scoring tool, then spray with warm water and fabric softener. Let it sit about 10 minutes. Use a scraper, this will also take off the wallpaper glue
