I've used super glue and hot glue on wicker with good effects.
I've had success with both super glue and hot glue.
If it gets really hot, the hot glue will start to melt.

You should also be thinking about preventing more breaks, especially if this is kept outside. If it is outside the constant exposure to rain and sun will take a toll on this furniture. You should wipe the whole thing with some clear, odorless oil, mineral oil works good. For a good fix, see if there is some one in your area that does chair caning or makes baskets. They will have some material that can be woven in where the pieces have broken. Good luck, these pieces are definitely work keeping!
