Might sound silly but I want to adorn a flamingo with gems!

I have seen a picture of a pink flamingo,with gems glued on, all over,for outdoor. It was gorgeous! But I see no flamingoes anywhere and am wondering about the glue used. I usually use clear silicone caulking.and what size flamingo,to be seen from the street,without being too big. Seriously it was covered in gems,very sparkly...whimsical. No,question not resolved! I hate the big resolved button,my finger goes there immediately,just because. Grrr
