It's a Sweet Pea. Grows wild many places but not a weed, a flower. One f my favorites. You can buy seeds to plant. They grew along the railroad tracks when I was a little girl. We used to pick and sell for 2¢ a bouquet!!

It almost looks like Foxglove flowers but I must admit the tendrils look like Sweet Pea they grow in many beautiful colours in the UK and are very fragrant and good for cutting x

If the flowers in the 2nd picture go with the stem in the first picture then it is a vetch
