Just grab a bag of concrete! Quikrete is what I use. Mix in a wheelbarrow or a five gallon bucket pour a little water at a time and mix till you get a thick slurry (think brownie batter) I made round ones with those cheap clear plastic flower pot liners. I used two different sizes. I made a couple of these hanging plant stands from the same batch of concrete. WEAR GLOVES! I CANNOT stress that enough. It will eat your skin off!
Several home improvement stores have the forms to fill with concrete...just like ice cubes!
