Privacy Screen for my deck question?

I had a deck built 4 years ago and now want some privacy (lattice) screens built and placed from deck railing up so about 4 feet. I have the posts already from when deck was built. I can't afford to hire someone so will be doing it alone. Can I build the frame onto the post then put lattice onto the frame then put another frame on top?
Thanks Carol

There are many ways to accomplish this. I saw one that I saved and attach the photo. But also check houzz, pinterest and youtube for more privacy ideas. Hope this helps

This is a piece of lattice we built and used on our screened porch for about forty years. (see pic below where it is in place) As you see there is a frame and then the pieces of lattice were about, maybe 8 ior 10 inches apart. Note: this was entirely separate from screening. My husband built the lattice panel and I can't remember if he cut the lattice itself or not. This was held in place with a single screw on either side (to the best of my memory) I know it was a separate build from the porch itself. Each piece is only fastened to the top/bottom and side. No fastenings in between.
