Lots of products out there.... TSP, Murphy's Oil soap, Simple Green.... start with the mildest... like Simple Green, hot water and a green scrubby... then move to the more aggressive ones if needed.... be prepared to give the cabinets one or more coats of new sealer if necessary.

TSP is a product, normally found in the paint department of your home improvement store.... it is used to wash down and clean wall and cabinet surfaces before painting.... it can dull some finishes.. which is why you may need to re-apply clear sealers or finish coats.

Many people use a product called TSP to deep clean their cabinets.

I use Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser and a round plastic scrubbie for the tough bits, then I use Awesome Orange in the half gallon in hot water with a car sponge. Wear kitchen rubber gloves as it can be hard on the hands.

Windex or Purple Power does a great job.

Tri Sodium Phosphate (TSP) used to DEGLOSS before painting, not a good choice for kitchen cabinets unless your planning on painting them as it will make them dull, unshiny.

You can buy it at Walmart or an automotive store. A little over $5.00 for a gallon, which can be watered down for different projects.
