We had 5 in our home at one time and my husband bought mini blinds to fit the interior of the ones in our sunroom. He installed them via the framework around the skylight and they worked great.
Depending on the size and the effect you want, you can always try a curtain material attached to the ends of tension rods. It just takes one seam on either end of the fabric and you can play with all sorts of ideas: taught, draped, gathered, etc..
