I have been on my knees or sitting on the lawn pulling them by hand or even better get a spray that will kill them for you. Our lawn service adds a product when they spray in the spring.

Apr 25, 2015 - Once the area has been cleared of creeping Charlie it can be reseeded so it will once again be a beautiful lawn. If you are not opposed to using chemicals on your lawn, there are herbicides that will kill creeping Charlie. Look for a broadleaf herbicide that contains the chemical triclopyr or dicamba.
The spring weed and feed before they start showing up will keep them at bay next year. All you can do right now is dig them up yourself, or use a spray that will kill the weeds and not the grass.
