How do you get rid of Creeping Charlie in your St. Augustine yard?

This is taking over my beautiful yard...sun and shade it doesn’t matter.  It spreads like wildfire!😩. Help!!!

I have tried a few things and nothing works other than pulling it strand by strand. Short of redoing the whole lawn the only other thing we tried was putting new seed down in the spring and choking the weeds out.It does help pulling and seeding again .Also use a bag on the mower so you don't spread the weeds with the clippings all over again .Hope that helps .

If you find a better answer let me know we have been pulling this stuff every few years even doing all that.
