first they take a long time to bloom, secons it should not be pruned until you know the correct procedure, most likely you cut the flowers off, how old is ithttp://homeguides.sfgate.com/long-before-wisteria-plant-blooms-first-time-69737.html
The most likely reason your wisteria won't bloom is due to too much nitrogen. When a wisteria plant has too much nitrogen, it will have plenty of foliage growth, but very little and maybe no blooms. ... The last, and least likely, reason a wisteria won't bloom is over pruning. Over pruning will remove the flower buds.
Ok, so you pruned a little too much off. Let it be, it will only make the plant stronger later. You didn't say you fertilized, so get some Bloom Booster at your local Home Depot ( where ever) and work it in the soil around plant. And wait, it doesn't take that long. Read the label first, no Willy nilly everywhere. It doesn't have to be so technical. Good luck!!!
