DIY Herb Planters
by

(IC: blogger)
My hubby is on a building roll right now and I'm loving it!
So far this is my favorite thing...He built it out of rough oak boards that
came from a tree in our yard last year..
It is 8 feet long & has 10 sections for planting..We mounted it right on the
garden fence.
What's great about that is no bending over when picking herbs!!
We planted lemon basil, sweet basil, mint, thyme, rosemary, cilantro,
parsley, chives, greek oregano, and sage.
I'm so excited to start picking it for my hubby to use in the kitchen...
Ha Ha...I dont cook but he does...he builds ..he cooks.. what more could a girl want!
Any herbs you think I should try??

Douglas Hunt on May 16, 2014That is really handsome and I love that the boards came from your own oak tree.
