Please, get a soil test done. That will tell you what your soil needs. Get your soil pH corrected, then if you need more fertilizer you can add it. Too many people spend a lot of money adding things to the soil when they don't need to. Fix the soil first!

True Amaryllis species are mildly toxic, but most so-called Amaryllis are actually Hippeastrum and are not toxic. Daffodils are toxic, so you shouldn't have to worry about moles eating them. Maybe they will prevent the Hippeastrum from being eaten too.
Daffodils should grow well for decades with little care. If you want to feed them the best time is when they first emerge in early spring. Use a balanced granular fertilizer (such as 8-8-8 or 5-10-10) spread around the plants at the rate suggested by the brand. True Amaryllis species should be fertilized in early spring like the daffodils. Hippeastrum on the other hand should be fertilized right after they finish blooming.
