Windex multi purpose cleaner. Or any brand multi purpose window cleaner.
You could try car polish to see if it gives the level of gloss that is pleasing to you. Another choice is Pledge Floor Care Multi-Surface Finish. It will make the surface glossy.
Try a degreaser, and then wax.
May not be all that expensive to replace. Depends on the size and any special features. If we were talking about 20 feet of granite, that's one thing, but a bathroom countertop should be relatively inexpensive to have something you like.
