There are also markers that contain dye for fabric. You could just write directly on the fabric and not have to worry about printing in reverse and such. Here is one brand that does not need heat setting: https://www.dharmatrading.com/markers/fabricmate-permanent-superfine-fabric-markers.html These may also be found at an art supply store or art and craft store.
