Purchase bed clips at Bed Bath and Beyond or on amazon. Some fabric stores have them as well.
You can purchase corner clips that attach to each side of each corner to hold them taut. I have seen them at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Hope this helps!

Sorry, couldn't resist. Actually you can use corner clips as the other women suggested and I believe you can get these at Walmart, Home Goods, or any linen store. Best of luck.
If these don't work. Put the sheet on the bed and sew 1inch elastic on to one side where the matteress bends, make sure you put a hook or Velcro on this end and the corresponding other on the opposite end. Easy to put on when bed is up.
Regular sheets are meant to remain flat, tucked under the mattress. Once you elevate your head or feet, the sheets often bulk up within the middle and therefore the edges take off the corners. You would like to seek out deep-pocketed fitted sheets, sheets with elastic straps, or sheet fasteners to keep your sheet on you best adjustable bed.
