Are the top and bottom pics what you see from the patio? I think one's eye needs to be drawn to the back of the yard, near the fence . . . something colorful and tall. Also the bare section under the lovely tree, could you have some plantings there? Like impatiens? It looks like the furniture is arranged for eating, not for just sitting and relaxing. The view of your lovely property is cut off.
Ron, people would kill for a back yard like yours! It's gorgeous, and all you need is some color! I'd start out by power washing the patio and giving it a coat of colored stain. Then move on to the lawn and make you some small flower beds. Put a different kind of flower in each bed. You are in the perfect time to get bedding plants on sale. My Lowe's, Walmart and Home Depot have already started reducing prices on all plants, and the price goes down as time goes on. Make sure you put the plants in the right spots, some take full sun, some full shade, some sun and shade, you get the idea. Have lots of fun with your beautiful lawn!
