What can I do with the empty oxiclean tubs
I have a few empty Oxi Clean tubs. Its the one that's for 38 loads. I hate to get rid of them, they seem to be of some use.
I have dozens of these hankies, those used by my grandmother, my mother, and myself and my sister! I've decided to "fold" them in to parts of a fan (each part a different hankie) and use a large rectangular frame to show them off. I also have a bunch of doilies that I am making runners from for my two daughters and myself. I love all things that remind me of my childhood, so these ideas will remind me of that time every time I look at them. :)
They can be hung in frames. You can hang only one in a square frame or get a larger one and fold several showing the pretty corners. I love them. Years ago a lady never went out without her hanky!

Quilt to hang on the wall; or frame them if you do not have too many and don't want to damage them, make a set together of 4 or 5 on a wall;
Make a quilt, tablecloth or dress, pillows, curtains, sachets filled with lavender and tied with a bow. Hope this helps.
ideal for a throw quilt, especially a baby quilt.
