Sand and paint it white.
Think I would paint the door and the edges of the screen door a bright welcoming color.
Paint the door a cheerful color and consider a door decoration or wreath?
Take off the falling apart screen door, change the curtain for a nice roman shade... paint the door a nice turquoise and the door frame dark charcoal or black
I would prep all the wood of the door and the screen door and paint it all the same color to make the screen door blend in with the door.
Paint it the least expensive item for making improvements. And paint gives the biggest bang for your buck. Nice fresh and clean white with another color for the trim. That would change the entire "first impression" of your customers. I hope you find these comments helpful.
Get paint in 4 bright colors...think Victorian house. Perhaps bright yellow, hot fushia pink, bright blue and lime green. Carefully tape off areas and paint the visual elements to make the front "pop". Definitely clear away the painted window on the door and make it sparkle and shine. Customers want to practically "fall into" your door....make it much more inviting! Use stencils once painted, to write WELCOME on the door, or Come On In!
Something like that.
Is this a door to a store, or a home?
Paint it red! Nice and bright and happy and welcoming.
