paint the door a different color and stain the walkway with exterior concrete stain
HI Marie. I would add potted pots on each side of each step. You could also put a hook with a chain into the soffit, and put up a hanging basket.
You should definitely add more flowers to the space. Maybe you could even put some around the base of your flagpole. You can get a doormat, and hang a wreath or the letter B on your door.
I would paint the door and sidelites a brighter color. Add potted plants to each side of door. If a wreath appeals to you that is another option. I added a patterned outdoor rug to my porch under the welcome mat. You can also stencil your porch with an all over pattern you love or
just part as an area rug. A whimsical door mat is another idea. Good luck
I agree with the advice to put a potted plant (a small tree would be my choice) on either side of the bottom step. We fell in love with the blue doors in England and so painted ours. A bright color on your door will do a lot.
Absolutely make the door and side panels a light color. If possible a light blue that goes with the siding or a beige that matches the brick!
it is recessed with dark colors..concrete walk could be stained terra cotta.. leading all the way up to door ..door painted red or yellow add wrought iron decorations to left side of house, such as " sun face, etc. your bushes could be replaced with floweri ng shrubs. of red or yellow ...to add pop
You could "wood grain" and/or paint the door in a complementary color to the siding
Take out both of the unhealthy looking bushes on either side of the concrete. They do absolutely nothing to enhance the curb appeal.
