It depends on what kind of shape they're in - some pictures would be helpful. Or are you wanting to refinish just for cosmetics?
My daughter and hubby did their home's concrete floors and used "Rock Solid" epoxy by Rustoleum (I think) It takes a lot of prep but is great looking and is very easy to take care of....just water mopping. Very shiny finish and looks great in their modern/industrial decorated home. It's available in a few colors and is available at Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Some people use in their garages because it is so tough, but it looks really super in their house.
Staining them looks beautiful. Look at some finished ones at big box grocery stores. Buy stain at Home Depot.
Have you considered doing a paper bag finish? I have seen pics on this site and they are beautiful. Start with a clean surface. Rip up brown grocery bags and glue the pieces down directly on the concrete floor. Next seal the floor. Best of luck to you.

I saw the results recently of someone who used the Rocksolid and said it was super easy to use. And a huge difference in the look.
