Give one of these a try, stenciling is a good way to camouflage. It might turn out to be something you really like. If not, then you can go to the trouble and expense of replacing.

Google Search: encaustic tile... click on the "more images" selection
This will give you ideas for patterns... then shop Amazon and Ebay for stencils (I found several 12x12 selections on Ebay)
Go darker gray or white on the blue... or paint the whole thing. .... remember to use several coats of sealer.
You could stencil it... I've seen some amazing projects done with Cutting Edge Stencils. Might be worth looking into...
How about digging out some of the White Grout and use a darker Grout like a Charcoal or navy blue to cover the White Grout. it would give a different look, add that color to curtains, Canisters, Kitchen towels etc..
Buy one of the outside rugs available this time of year - and cover most of it.
