How about a mesh screen curtain with magnetic closure? My neighbor across the street put one on his double door garage opening. Works well and was easy to install. I am considering it for my garage too.

Harbor Freight Tools has screens for a double car garage door for less than $30 each, You might try there.
You can order mosquito screen from a website: mosquitocurtains.com. I ordered screens for the bay doors where I used to work to keep the birds out. You can just order the fabric itself. If you call and give them the measurements, they will help you with what you need.
