I use TSP substitute mixed with water and it cleans it right off.
I like to use Simple Green to remove grease... and then Murphy's Oil Soap and but if you Google Search: how to clean wood kitchen cabinets... there is lots of info there
Murphy's Oil Soap will do a great job.
Orange oil is a great degreaser.
white vinegar and water 50/50 and a dab of blue dawn dish soap in a spray bottle

In a spray bottle, combine equal parts white vinegar and warm water; add liquid dishwashing soap to help dissolve grease. Allow the solution to rest for one to two minutes after spraying outside doors. Utilizing a microfiber cloth, clean. Give doors and shelves a quick spray, then let the mixture to sit for a minute or two.
