Ideas for cleaning and replacing a flooded bathroom?

Selling my house. One of the bathrooms was flooded and the shower floor has some kind of rusty film in it, the toilet definitely needs replacing and oh what to do with the small vanity & sink. Yuck! It's just me, myself and I so what can I do to at least help this bathroom to be included in the sale of my house??

Have a chat with your realtor if they want to sell your place, many have contacts with the building trades.
Dfm is correct, any good realtor worth their salt has a few decent trades people in their back pocket. Just do it to sell, nothing fancy, just fresh, clean and presentable. You can always "fluff" it up with cheap pretty towels, rugs and shower curtain from Walmart or Target. Add a faux orchid and call it a day.
