I can’t really see, but if that wall is open, put some open shelving above the cabinet next to fridge.
I think you need to organize your charming breakfront, using rectangular baskets or covered shoe boxes to hold your plastic-ware, and so forth. And we all are storing things we really don’t need or use. It looks like a lot of wasted storage space, also distracting from what a great looking cabinet it is.
A clear vinyl shoe bag can be cut, trimmed and reinforced with attractive color duct tape and hung inside cabinet doors for spices and measuring spoons, and any of those things that get lost in the drawers. . You can use cup hooks.
how about this idea from hometalk: magnetic strips are versatile, cheap, and use space you didn't know you had, cool!

Seven Different Ways to Use a Magnetic Strip
If possible, move the electrical so that the stove is under the window and remove the chest of drawers. Then you can add more lower cabinets on the sink side to the left. You may be able to do a corner cabinet with lazy Susan inside and then a small cabinet on the other side of the stove. Not sure why the hutch is not centered on wall, but you might want to put a vegtable bin on the other side of it if it has to stay that way. Go on Pinterest or google kitchen storage ideas. You have to do a thorough clean out and only keep what you use on an daily basis. Your hutch looks under utilized to me.
It is kinda hard to see the entire layout but if you could move the range over to the window next to the refrigerator ????? that might help out. If you ever replace that stove, I would opt for a slide in so it doesn't look so bulky.
Your kitchen is really cute. Just pare down the unneeded and look at Pinterest for some amazing kitchen storage ideas. Baskets can go a very long way for storage too!

I would add a pot rack above the sink area. You could repurpose part of an old round rung ladder with some S-hooks to make your own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTOKBWM9sjk

Are you using that cabinet above the frig? I took the doors off mine to make it more accessible.
That cabinet next to frig, does it stick out so far that you can't open oven door? And is there a dead space next to oven? I would get rid of that and put in one of those rolling pantries next to frig.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAYxcSLHFwU personally I like the wooden dowels from the hardware store better than the string.
I have also used the backs of cabinet doors for things like spice racks, use a magazine holder for cutting board storage, little towel bars add hanging space.
Is that a black microwave back under that cupboard? If it is, I would buy a smaller one (make sure the turntable is large enough for a dinner plate)

I would be inclined to take off a couple doors on that cabinet and slide in some matching baskets hiding some of the less attractive items. LOVE that old mixer, but some of the decorative items on top should be minimized. Can you center that old cupboard too? I would wallpaper or paint the back of the cupboard cubbies to accent the cupboard too.

First off I love your kitchen, very charming. Honestly i cant tell how much room you have, but to have more room get organized and declutter, ask yourself how many pots do I need, how many plates do i really need how many bowls...if you don't use it loose it. If its an item you use a couple of times a year store it somewhere besides the kitchen , a storage building, in the attic or the top of a closet.
