Lattice panels are a good choice. You can get them in wood or vinyl.
Do you want to turn it into a sunroom?
We used heavy screen panels and security doors to make our back porch/patio kitty friendly (coyotes in our area)... and we keep the litter box out there under a bench.... the kitties come an go thru a window.

Do you mean screen or close it in with windows and walls?
Is there a roof on the porch? Are there balusters on the railing? If there is no roof, how will you screen it in? Even with a roof you will need to make framing to attach the screens to. And you will have to construct the screens And you will have to close in the balusters/railing or remove them and build a small wall. It sounds like you may need a professional to do the work. We had this done last summer and it involved a number of people and a large expense. And it is only a screened in roofed porch.
