If your concrete floors are existing you can stencil them but not stamp them. Stamping is done while concrete is still "wet" during the curing process. Laminate will be fine for a bedroom. Just put down a washable rug or two next to your bed. The room will "echo" for awhile, but will soon become white noise.
I have several laminate floors in my home and absolutely love them. Your furniture will absorb the sound and that will help with the echo as well. You could just start with the concrete floor as that is really in and popular right now. You can stamp it as Naomie said or there are so many cement paints out there you can pick any color you want. We have used cement paint before and love that as well. Then you can save that money now and then laminate later if you like.
