I have an older cat who sometimes has poopy accidents on his favorite chair which is covered by a washable throw. I find that spraying the spots with hydrogen peroxide removes the stains. This will probably work for mice poop as well.
Have you tried lemon juice and salt? Combined with sun it removes even rust stains.
You might want to consult the owner's manual for tent cleaning. You want to avoid using bleach of any kind. It's really hard on the fabric and stitching. You might try Lemon Mold & Mildew Cleaner available at Bass Pro Shops. Good luck Terri.
Thank you, I didn't even think about looking in the owner's manual.
