I do not know what it is, but even if it is a weed, it is pretty.

Looks like marijuana to me.
If you like it and it is not taking over your property, leave it and enjoy it. If you don’t like it, pull it up by the roots, stalk and all. Burn it or put it in a plastic bag so the seeds won’t fall back into your yard. It apparently slow growing enough that you can keep it pulled up, so no poison is needed. I wish it would bloom to make it easier to identify. Best wishes, Judy. ☺️
