Drill into them the diameter of the solar light stem and stick them in
You could try drilling holes in the tops and place the solar lights in there. That might get the ball rolling on some decorative ideas. Such pretty greenery everywhere -- maybe paint them a complementary green to blend in?
First, what a clever idea to use the logs for your solar lights! Here are some general ideas for decorating tree stumps/logs:

If deer continue to be a problem use Liquid fence spray, applied every two weeks for 1-2months, then once a month thereafter. It smells for a few hours, then is avoided by deer and rabbits, but not noticeable to humans. Can be applied within 1 hour of rain.

Recently someone posted an idea on Hometalk where they drilled in the center of a log and installed a solar light.
The obvious answer is to drill holes in the logs and insert solar lights on plastic or metal sticks. Dollar Tree has them, as well as pinwheels, jeweled designs, and other colorful, fanciful items. In the shade near the street, have reflective designs so that the light would catch the eye to show safely your drive. Learn to change the tiny batteries to help the solar lights last longer. If you can protect them from the mower and weed-eater, they stand up well to the weather. Best wishes, Terrie. ☺️
Oh I see fun here!
They don’t all have to be the same.
Rope around them would be nice.
I also thought drilled out with plants in them. But you have deer. Maybe deer resistant plants?
I just purchased solar lights for outside but they are like Christmas lights.
Those wrapped around a few would be nice.
There is always the hole in the middle idea for a solar light.
Or drill holes all over so the light peeks out in different directions.
To make them fun you could go to the to the dollar store seasonally and get little
flags to put on for the summer holidays, something sparkly for Christmas, bows, decorations etc.
Paint Welcome or you name on the logs one letter at a time. Welcome Home what ever you think of.
This is endless with ideas.
