How do I widen a doorway to accommodate a wheelchair?
Bathroom doorway is a tight squeeze for my daughter. We were able to open it up to about 34” but she really needs 36”. Problem: shower on left and closet on right.

Have the door swing out opposite of shower and closet
My husband was wheelchair-bound. It was a tight squeeze to get his transportation wheelchair (smaller than regular wheelchair) into the bathroom.
