Concrete stone pavers, flagstone or other patio pavers set in a sand base with pea gravel, mulch or ground cover plants in between the pavers. You can buy resin to seal and bond pea gravel together. You can also buy stain and sealer for concrete pavers that really make them look nice.

First level the ground by digging out an inch or so of sod/dirt. Use the level in every direction to get it true level. Then depending on if you want grass between the stones or not put down weed paper, then sand, then put down the pavers again leveling them with each other as well as with each one. This should do it for you. It is a lot of work but not difficult if that makes sense. Have fun Patty and I envy you! We need to do ours but it has to wait.
