Maid's Closet Makeover With Paint and Oil Cloth
You could use stretcher bars. They come individually so it’s perfect for getting the exact size you need. They fit together at the corners and then you would staple the oil cloth to the back of the stretcher bars. Very inexpensive but looks great when complete
