Hi Karen, I would use an old towel ,Soapy water and a toothbrush. It is so worth it!
I used my vacuum attatchment and if it doesn't get in far enough i rigged an old rubber tube with some strong gorilla tape to my vacuum attachment and it got it clean.
Old toothbrush, (essential oils: tea tree, grapefruit, lemon), and white vinegar. I put that in a spray bottle. Spray and let it sit for a minute and for stubborn mold a little baking soda sprinkled on the area after spraying. Scrub with the old toothbrush, then wipe clean. The essential oil mixtu is amazing on mold.
Easy! I just did this!

Once you vacuum it out, sprinkle baking soda across the track and pour white vinegar on it. It will fizz up. use an old toothbrush to scrub it and then wipe with paoer towels or rags.
To get it slide better after cleaning, spray DW 40 on the track.. Slides smooth as silk!!
We vacuum ours with a hose on the vacuum, then if needed, use the Turbo Hurricane scrubber we bought for all our difficult cleaning areas like tires, behind the commode, the shower stalls, etc. Fantastic and we just use our normal cleaning supplies.
