Mouse droppings.
Looks like you have mice!
Yeppers that looks like mice leavings
You have mice. Sorry! Call the exterminator to find out where they are gaining entry and heed their advice for screening off and plugging holes.
You need to seal up entry points (which can be incredibly small!), set traps immediately. Clean your oven of any food residue. Scrub floors, walls, counters, all appliances. Check your basement and yard for areas to which mice may be attracted, and seal and set traps there, as well.
Rodent droppings.
Find ANY place they could be entering and plug up the holes with Steel Wool. Including around pipes and vents.
Mice like to get in the backs of stoves and under, you can put out mouse traps at night, and also cotton balls saturated in mint in cupboards. And I would put all dried foods in glass jars and tin boxes.
Mice poop. Get so rat tape put peanut butter on it and you should some of them also look around for holes they could be getting in from outside and seal it with steel wool.
