Any suggestions for my palm trees and decorating?
I live in a townhouse with a nice little fenced in yard about 100 square ft.² I’m having a hard time decorating it because the Association doesn’t allow you to put anything on the fence including vines. I have Four palm trees within this space but if you know palm trees you know it’s impossible to hang anything on them. Any suggestions

If you have palm trees you can grow crepe myrtle and ficus, both do well in pots and you can hang lights on them if that is what you are after. You could also do pots with trellises in them and hang items on the trellis with low growing plants at the bottom, something that spills over and trails down would be pretty.
This is a good place to utilize "Shepher's poles! Go to the big box stores and there are many varieties to chose from. You can start with a taller double one and a shorter one underneath.
These are for hanging pots with flowers or other things you want to have in your garden...like a bird feeder, bird house, wind chime! Then when Holidays roll around, put the pots away and hang ghosts blowing in the wind or wreaths.
Also, a small trellis will give you a way to have that vine you want!
