Visit your local Habit Re Store - and visit often, you can most likely find something there. Your best bet would be the press and stick on vinyl tiles, which you will have to install yourself. You could also have sheet vinyl for arond a dollar a square foot, but the installation cost would go over your budget. Flooring is expensive. Just purchase the best you can with what you can afford.
