Why do my flower pots develop moss on the earth top, how to get rid?

    Moss on top means too much moisture, too little sun. Lift the moss out, move your plants to a sunnier area, and don’t water until the soil is dry, one inch down. Best wishes, Saw. ☺️

      thank you. pots are under sun but maybe i water too much as i tend to drown the pot. i only water once a day in the mornings

  • Are they in damp humid shade? That is what it takes to grow moss. Wash the pots with vinegar, then add a new plant!
