You can buy portable wire closets that have hanging rods and shelves. They sell them at Target, Menards, Lowes, WalMart, etc. Depending on the size you want some are less than 50.00.
Hello Kou,
Downsizing several times Ive learned to maximize all available storage options. Im also cursed with the lack of storage closets too.
In the kitchen maximize cupboard storage utilizing various storage bins baskets and elevating wire racks in all cabinets above and below countertops. You might consider using the backside of the cabinet door too. Purge the things you dont need or store other things that you don’t use often in another area of the house....like under the bed, garage or basement closet. Put you beds on risers and use low profile totes and spacebags under the beds. Switch out summer and winter wardrobes. Some people use storage Ottomans or trunks as coffetables to hide extra items as well. Lastly the beds with drawers below the mattress are options too.

Wish has folding closet wardrobes in different colors fo just $22.00 each check it out
hang a string and a bedsheet, or hang clips and pinch a string strung through a bedsheet around your clothes. They can hang on hangers from a broomstick or a shovel handle hung with strong wires from supports either you make or find higher up in the ceiling.
Hello Kou, Their are portable closets you can buy and set up yourself. Since you have no closets, they can be set up in a corner against the wall. They have short ones, tall ones, whatever size you need. Cover the out side with some pretty contact paper, before you put it together. You can find these at a Target, Walmart, or at Bed,Bath, and Beyond.
Thanks I will check it out
Try building a DIY Pipe Clothing Rack! This may take away from the space in your small apartment but it will help with hanging up clothes that shouldn't be folded!
