Not too hard to do. Use old cushion covers as a pattern. Fabric departments have knowledgeable staff that can steer you to proper fabrics.
If you post a picture of your cushions/sofa, I will be glad to tell you how to do this. It involves sewing and measuring but I have done this. I first quilted the material using quilt batting, top material and a backing material. I did all the work by machine. The quilting is mostly rows, but on the pillow fronts and arm fronts it is diamond shaped. Then I made the slip cover and the seat covers. I can tell you how to make the seat covers but need to see the sofa.
