There's a table with 2 drop leafs at ikea that might work. I don't know if you need storage. If so, this would probably be a no.

You might get another cabinet like the white one pictured, set them along the wall with enough space between for your feet and top with a piece of plywood. This will also give you a couple more shelves! If you want the top deeper than the shelves, you can leave them a few inches from the wall, just be sure to secure the top to the 2 cabinets.
Have you considered getting 4 wooden crates and a length of board ( 1x10 or 12), stacking the crates 2 high, and then attaching the board to the top of the crates. This will give you storage and a stable place to sew. Also the size is adjustable. Something like this http://www.ana-white.com/2016/02/DIY_furniture/craftsewing-table
You could purchase a bathroom door (they are narrower than entry doors) for the top, pick up at rehab store or maybe neighbor is throwing one away. Put your book shelves against wall. Put ply wood, or whatever you use, on top of shelves, distance out from wall depends how deep your shelves are. Add piano hinge on edge of of top which also is attached to edge of door. Door up = tab!e down covers bookshelves for storage. Space between shelves for sewing machine.
HTH
I would check garage sales and thrift stores for a good deal. You never know what you’ll find!
Thanks. I found something.
